Operational, performance, and functional area defects directly contributing to facility operational weaknesses or performance failures associated with the provision of safe, secure, and humane of conditions of confinement. And focus on operational, performance, and functional area defects which may constitute violations of a pre-trial prisoner’s constitutional rights (4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, and 14th Amendments).
Through recognition and immediate, strong actions and response to enforce accountability. Implementation of consequential responses (positive and negative) tiered approaches to avoid repetition, deliberate indifference, fear to perform, and negate peer influence.
Through the use of corrective action plans (CAPs) composed of sound correctional practices which result in durable, sustainable and permanent resolution of identified defects. Leverage coaching, training, mentorships, active and engaged feedback, survey and performance outcome measures. Use of accountable consequences to promote positive reinforced results.
Performance Acceptance refers to how well an item meets the government’s expectations, and it strongly impacts service review and acceptance decisions. If your services deliver expected outcomes and results consistent with terms and conditions associated with contracts and performance work statements, outcomes are consistent and sustainable, and provides an overall positive experience, it will be considered ‘satisfactory or acceptable’ — otherwise, it may be regarded as ‘marginal-low-quality, and unacceptable. The CMCG provides training, coaching and mentoring to ensure pre-trial detention service providers can reach and consistently substation acceptable performance. The CMCG focuses on helping detention service providers reach and sustain user needs and ensuring the performance process is consistently meeting internal and external standards. The CMCG’s focuses are to ensure performance is acceptable and leads to positive overall experience for staff and prisoners.
Performance Compliance refers to how performance meets minimum performance requirements associated with facility policies, procedures, post orders and directives as well as any associated external and/or contractual performance require. Delivering products (reports, documents,) that are not compliant can lead to monetary reductions, cost reimbursements and negative reviews on reporting platforms such as Contractor Performance Assessment Review System (CPARS) and other federal and state review reporting platforms. Non-compliant deliverables not only damaged facility and name reputation, but could also lead to restrictions and use of facility and service. Non-compliance puts the facility and name at risk and increases the outcome for more adverse business reporting more likely. To obtain compliance surety The CMCG helps facility leadership and staff with understanding compliance targets and objectives and helps them focus on final product development. The CMCG works with facility leaders and staff through, training, coaching and mentoring to establish a performance management system, including performance acceptance and performance compliance. The CMCG partners with facility internal and external quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes to ensure defined and clear objective measures.
